Traditionally, the Bear Mountain HOA has held two parties every year...one in the summer and one at the end of the year.
We had a wonderful Winter Christmas Party at the home of
Mike Dimond. Thanks so much to our holiday host.

To be clear, there is no charge for this party for paid HOA MEMBERS.
Your yearly dues cover both yearly HOA events. Yearly dues of $45 accepted at the party through
PayPal or Venmo, check or cash.
The BMHOA will provide a Holiday meal that includes turkeys, ham, beer, wine, water, and soft drinks.
We ask that residents bring the fixins. If your last name starts with:
A-G: Salads/Sides
H-R: Desserts
S-Z: Appetizers
Parking at the house is limited. Please park on Bear Mountain Drive and Grouse Court. Continual shuttle service will be provided to the house from the intersection of Bear Mountain Drive and Grouse Court.
